Additional Guidelines

*These Requirements and Guidelines are subject to change from year to year.

Our treasurer and activity coordinators work diligently to find ways to reduce the costs for our group to attend field-trips and participate in co-op classes; however, on occasion, these activities will require a small fee per attendant. As a result, it is important for us to work together to make the payment process as streamlined and stress-free as possible. In order to accomplish this, we have set some global rules. Please acquaint yourself with the following addition to our requirements and guidelines:

  • Payment for field-trips and co-op classes is required at sign-up, via PayPal to Candra, or in cash before the start of the program. Failure to cooperate in this manner may restrict your family from participating. If you haven’t paid and you have still participated in the program, you will be unable to sign-up to participate in following programs, until payment has been fulfilled.

If your family would like to participate but the cost of the program is too much, please either let us know when you sign-up, or email Candra  privately.
